Roni’s Bio and Education

Dr. Veronica “Roni” Decoteau-Shyaam was born and raised in a little island in the Caribbean called Grenada. She moved to the United States in 1977. As a small child, Roni showed the tenacity to learn and to touch people’s lives with the knowledge that she obtained. At age 17, Roni was an elementary school teacher and teaching for four years. She decided to enter into the cosmetology field to teach people how to change their lives.
Dr. Decoteau-Shyaam has an extensive education in the field of cosmetology. Her numerous degrees and certifications include:

 
•Doctorate of Professional Cosmetology from the National Institute of Cosmetology (2010)
•Certification in Loc Cranial from Endless Creations (2009)
•Master of Arts in Professional Cosmetology from the National Institute of Cosmetology (2007)
•Bachelor of Arts in Professional Cosmetology from the National Institute of Cosmetology (2005)
•Professional Artistry of Make-up from Dudley University (1999)
