After receiving my associates degree in Occupational Studies with an emphasis in Therapeutic Massage in 2002, I obtained a full time position at Mario Tricoci Salon and Day Spa owned by Red Door. I received very exclusive and knowledgeable training in the spa industry being affiliated with an Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa. I also became the massage therapist trainer in new massage techniques and body treatments while practicing massage therapy at Mario Tricoci.
I was working very closely with the estheticians in the spa, and I decided esthetics would be a great addition to not only my career but for my clients as well. I received esthetics training at Johnson County Community College (JCCC) in addition to working full time at Mario Tricoci. After I graduated from JCCC, I received even more in-depth training from Elizabeth Arden Red Door and was able to work as a dual technician in the spa.
Some of my specialties in Massage Therapy are working with the body as a whole and keeping the body stretched and limber to prevent tightness in the muscles. My specialties in Esthetics are waxing and corrective skin care treatments. I am a health and skin care fanatic! If you have any question regarding massage therapy or esthetics, feel free to ask me.
